Many of the top Chinese researchers have published papers in this journal. You can send your paper in Chinese first. After acceptance, the editor will ask you to translate it into English and then ask the professional English editor to modify it. You can also submit directly in English. In general, the editorial department is very responsible, and the manuscript quality, especially the image formatting, is relatively high. Reviewers range from 2 to 5 and are professional. During my doctoral studies, I spent a long time polishing and reflecting on a Chinese review article, which was also the only Chinese article I have written. It was submitted in May 2024 and accepted in March 2025.
