When responding to reviewers' comments, all questions must be answered point by point without omission; endeavor to meet additional experiments requested in the comments, and provide reasonable explanations if they cannot be carried out; citations recommended by reviewers must be referenced and discussed thoroughly; when resubmitting the revised manuscript, be sure to verify the corrections made in the original draft. 
When responding to the opinions of journal editors, simply accept the modifications if you agree with the editor's suggested changes. If you disagree, write down your reasons below the comment and then send feedback to the editor. If there is a disagreement between the two parties, negotiation should take place
