In the United States, RNA Circle is a professional classic journal, while in China, it is classified as a level in Zone A, Zone B, and PLOS ONE. Does it mean that a position is randomly assigned if one cannot understand the content of an RNA article? If so, just say it directly, Chinese Academy of Sciences, don't be shy!
