The result of first review and priority was given in a month by the editorial department. Mine was the basic priority (850 Euro). Later, I was contacted and asked whether the publication fee was acceptable. After the agreement, it was a long wait of two months. I sent an email to contact but received no reply. There were three reviewers, two of them were positive, the other one disagreed with layman reasons. The editor rejected it. I sent an email to appeal, but received no reply.

Share my submission process with you. The article was submitted by email on December 7, 2019, and the email replied to us was received on January 7, 2020 that it was rated as basic priority (page fee of 850 euros) and it was sent for external review. On March 10, we received the external review comments. Two reviewers, a total of nearly 20 comments, which were relatively positive. The manuscript was returned on March 20, and it was accepted on May 7. It is estimated that it will take 1–2 months to be published in the journal.

Last year I was waiting so long to hear about the status of my manuscript post-submission that I honestly forgot when I submitted it and forgot to check in. After I submitted my paper, I didn’t hear any news for a long time. Plus, there is no online submission system, which makes keeping tabs on your paper(s) difficult. The journal claims that they will update you on the status of your manuscript via email, but you might only receive emails one a month… and sometimes you must wait half a year! I’ve tried to figure out the status of my paper for months, and I kept getting different responses from the journal. Basically, no one knew the status of my manuscript. Not professional; I could not wait for this manuscript to be reviewed any longer. So, I told the editor that I was going to publish in a different journal. My manuscript is now published elsewhere… And the status of my manuscript has still not changed with this journal…
