A paper of retrospective large-scale study has been rejected. The time for the first decision announced on the official website is more than 2 weeks, and the time for the final decision is about 1 month, but it took 2 months for my manuscript to receive the rejection comments. It took 1 week for the decision alone, and the final decision was a rejection. The two reviewers gave their opinions, and they all provided a lot of opinions on the establishment of statistical models and statistical methods. It felt that they read the article quite carefully and their opinions were very pertinent. Finally, it was recommended to transfer to the sub-journal REC: Interventional Cardiology. Currently, there is only one issue with no impact factor, so I gave up.
