Research focus: Clinical   Experience sharing: Submitted the manuscript on May 5th, and on May 12th, the associate editor sent an email reminder that another author needed to log in to the submission system to confirm the manuscript for successful submission. The submission was successfully completed, and the status of the manuscript changed from "Under review" to "awaiting reviewer assignment," then back to "Under review," and then back to "awaiting reviewer assignment." On May 25th, it went back to "Under review" again. It is estimated that the editor has tried to contact the reviewers multiple times, but none of them have agreed to review the manuscript. The editor is currently still searching for reviewers
