Reviewed 2017-11-11 10:09:31 This is an old French journal, and the speed of review is variable. I’ve had both good and bad submission experiences. Recently, I’ve had good luck for about 3 months, but I had bad luck for about 1-2 years. The strangest thing (why I think this is an “old French journal”) is that there is no online submission system. You send your manuscript to the editor's personal email, who then assigns the reviewers and emails your manuscript to the selected reviewers. The number of articles published per year is also small, but the intellectual level of the articles is not bad. The impact factor has been relatively stable for the past few years.
