The review speed was fairly fast. After you receive review comments, you would generally be asked to return the revised manuscript in about 20 days. As long as the revision was appropriate, the manuscript would be accepted directly, without second review. The review comments were fairly professional. What I would like to complain about is that you need to transfer the Word version into a LaTeX version. In addition, it couldn’t be retrieved on Web of Science before the article was assigned an issue number. For doctors who are anxious to graduate, it is not recommended to submit to this journal because most schools require papers to be retrieved on Web of Science before graduation.

I submitted for 7 months, always invited by the editor, sent three reminder emails in between, and finally lost patience and withdrew the submission. The submission was on the topic of vehicle routing problem. It seems that the journal has few editors in this area, making it difficult to find reviewers. The submission system is also not user-friendly. I spent a long time editing in Word to convert to LaTeX, but without any results, which was very unpleasant.
