It's so slow that it makes me doubt life... The non-OA submission was sent for review in June after being submitted in April, then received feedback in December and finally accepted in February. It took nearly 10 months, the publication output is too low, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences' division is not in the top tier. The cost-effectiveness is not high. I didn't do enough research before submitting, and I feel like I made a mistake.
