Review Speed: 3.0 | Submission Hit Rate: 50.0 Experience Sharing: Submitted on October 5, 2018, with editor feedback received on October 9. By mid-January, after a reminder, the comments from the first review came back, requiring major revisions with only one editor asking three questions. The analysis method provided very useful suggestions, and revisions were completed in about a month. In early March, minor revision comments were received, with two questions, and the paper was revised within three days before being sent for external review. By the end of March, a minor revision comment was received and addressed within two days, resulting in acceptance less than 24 hours after submission. Overall, our first SCI submission didn't feel too difficult. The editor was very friendly!
