Reviewed 2017-03-12 13:24:44 I estimate that the editor may have an economic relationship with an academic institution. After a manuscript that actually solved an unresolved problem was submitted, I first modified the layout format. Then it was with the editor for 20 days. Then I withdrew. And this professional manuscript received more than 30 articles in the first three months of 2017. The current academic environment is worse than the Newton Huygens era. All academic journals are similar, and articles that are not painful are well published. Yet articles that truly solve problems are rejected.  (0) Thank | zgh  |
