This magazine is pretty good. It is one of the authoritative magazines in neurosurgery and hand surgery. Overall, it's relatively easy. I submitted to the Journal of Hand Surgery and was rejected. Later, I submitted to Neurosurgery and it was accepted. Overall, it took about 4 months, if you don't delay in revising. The editor is pretty nice. The first revision took a month, and the second revision was accepted after 2 days. It's suggested to try submitting good clinical articles
