Reviewed 2020-01-13 08:58:51 Each review takes about 2–3 months to respond, and after the first 2 months review, the manuscript was required to be revised. We spent about 4 months to revise and then resubmitted it. The response was a rejection. It was re-sent for review after we argued. Each recognized the innovation of the article, but the first reviewer believed that the selected materials were defective and that I should use other material. However, before the experiment, we carefully analyzed and compared the materials suggested by him and finally chose another material.
