There were three reviewers, requiring a major revision: supplemented the data, did simulation analysis; although the overall evaluation was considerable, but the problem was sharp. I forgot which day to reply to the comments. August 3, the second review comments received. The first reviewer was still asking further questions. He was very serious and earnest, and felt that my analysis was still not credible (I am very speechless); on the morning of August 6, I replied to the second review opinion. I did not make additional experiments but responded to the reviewer's questions in a justified and well-grounded way; I was happy that on the evening of August 6, the editor sent us a notification email of acceptance. It was estimated that my response for the second review was reasonable and well-founded. Hope it can help everyone. There is also a question for you: after the notification is received, is there any process followed? When will it be assigned the DOI number or online? When will it be proofread? The carbon nanotubes I made were nano-directional, but not as hot as graphene. But my article is still innovative. It required an overhaul based on the comments of three reviewers. The review speed is fast. The submission instructions were written within 4 weeks.

Overall, the submission experience was quite satisfactory. Here is a reference for everyone.

On April 8, 2025, the submission was made and the status changed to "under review" on the same day.
On May 2, 2025, feedback came back with 3 reviewers, 2 of whom were more positive, while 1 suggested not accepting it in its current form and requested additional original characterization. The editor finally requested major revisions, which took about a month (approximately 18 issues in total).
On May 29, 2025, the revisions were submitted (due to conflicts with graduation defense and doctoral re-examination, the revision process was slower).
On June 23, 2025, it was accepted.
Also, currently no OA fees are charged. I consulted the editorial department, and they said that since there was no indication of fees during the submission process, they will not charge any.
