Last week I tried to submit to this Russian journal. They don't have an online submission system, so I had to email my submission. After waiting for a week with no response, I inquired again and they said they have too many English submissions and asked me not to submit to them in the next one or two years (2018-2019). It is disappointing to see so many low-impact journals that can't keep up with submissions, while some new open access journals are constantly spamming everyone's inbox asking for submissions

Last week, I tried to submit this Russian journal. There is no submission system. I can only submit it by email. After a week.I didn't reply. As long as we can secure the journals indexed in SCI, it will be fine. If the school starts using CiteScore for evaluation, there is no need to worry. On one hand, CiteScore covers a wider range of journals, so the journal is definitely included. Additionally, it benefits smaller journals, so the disparity among publications will not be as significant. I hope the school adopts CiteScore
