This is a very good journal. In recent years, the impact factor has been stable at 2; however, this year, it finally broke 3. The journal has become very demanding and requires articles to be highly innovative. The first paper submitted by our laboratory received good evaluations, but one reviewer gave a subpar review (the other two reviewers were positive). Regardless, our article was still not accepted.
