Submitted in June 2017, the review process was very slow. I followed up twice in the middle, but I think the editor got tired and rejected the submission in October. This journal publishes only about fifteen or sixteen articles per issue, and basically all of them are written by Russians. I have never seen articles from individuals of other nationalities being published separately. Be careful when submitting, as this journal is quite tricky
