This journal is OK, but the review period is long. From submission to receiving the final proof it took about 6 months and my paper underwent two major revisions.  However, the reviewer’s opinion is still quite professional; this is a good journal is you are not in a hurry to publish your paper.

The formatting requirements are quite strict, requiring two revisions for modification and supplementation. The external review process is fast, with the formal acceptance of submissions to the return of review comments taking one and a half months. After revisions are made, acceptance takes half a month, and then it goes online quickly.
