The paper was submitted in March of the 25th year, underwent first review with 2 major revisions and one acceptance. A new reviewer was assigned for the second review, and an additional revision was required. The paper was returned in August of the 25th year after a minor and major revision to include innovative points. A significant amount of time was spent on revisions, as the highlights exceeded 85 characters. The paper was rejected by the editor after the second round of revisions, without being sent for external review. This journal has been consistently rejecting submissions.
