I read about many problems with this journal before I submitted my paper. I’ll go ahead and detail my submission experience for everyone here. The first draft was submitted on April 23, 2012, and the review started on April 28, with a total of five reviewers. The results came out on May 26, and a major revision was requested. On May 28, the editor sent a letter asking for more revisions. Overall it was a mostly pleasant experience.

On 2025/1/22, the decision is still in process. It has been almost a month since the editor received the reviewers' comments, but no decision has been made yet. An email was sent to David Joseph, but no response has been received. It is really slow and tests one's patience greatly.

The revised version has been submitted for over a month, the reviewers have completed the second review, and it has been stuck at "Decision in Process" for nearly 20 days. It has been over a month now, and the editor has yet to provide feedback on the review and final decision. I have sent reminder emails four times, but each response is almost the same. It has been dragging on. This is my first time submitting to this journal, and the experience has been extremely poor. The submission process is too long, and I do not recommend choosing this journal.
