According to their official website, on average, it takes 26 days from submission to initial decision by the editorial team, 46 days for peer review, and 8 days for publication after acceptance (actual experience confirms this or even faster: submitted on 7.23, minor revision on 9.12, resubmitted on 9.22, accepted on 10.9). There are also no publication fees, and it is listed in JCR Q1 internationally and in the second division of the Chinese Academy of Sciences domestically. It is possible to achieve slightly better results with a bit of effort. In conclusion, this high-quality journal with a good reputation, fast speed, low threshold, and no fees is highly recommended!
