I first submitted my manuscript to BMC Bioinformatics but it was rejected (after more than one review). I then submitted my paper to J. Comput. Bio, and it was rejected again.  I finally submitted it to this journal. One reviewer asked me to cite a bunch of articles written by him. I had no choice, I cited all of them.
