Reviewed 2015-12-02 14:43:22 It took 18 months from submission of the manuscript to acceptance. There were three reviewers, who were very responsible, and the editors were very patient. The comments of the reviewers and the deputy editors were a total of 6 pages, which is shocking. Our paper was accepted after two rounds of revisions. The submission system for this 120-year-old journal is really outdated. The IF is not high, but there are quite a few good articles inside.
