In 2019, I thought my article was a 5 out of 10, which was fairly good. Looking back at previous years' articles, I felt that I was more than prepared. Coming into 2020, I gave it a 9 out of 10, because the direction was more aligned (researching angiogenesis regulation functions of protein, with animal models). So I still had confidence (at least enough to submit for review). However, the template rejected the submission, without even sending it for review!
