Reviewed 2019-06-15 18:35:17 I saw an article published 12 years ago which was similar to my research on stem cell repair. Although it does not match the current articles published in journals, I still submitted one a few days ago. It was rejected within two days with a template saying it only has a 10% acceptance rate.
