I said it was a junk journal, not for rejecting me. More than 11 months after submission, one major revision and one minor revision were made. Both the associate editor and reviewers said it would be accepted after revision. However, it was rejected by the editor-in-chief, who said it didn’t reach the level of this journal. FUCK!
