Submitted on December 30th, 2018, and got no replies from the reviewers till February 8th. It then was sent for another review. We resubmitted it on March 12th after rejection. And it was accepted on March 28th, the day we got replies from the journal. It’s very fast.

Our manuscript was finally accepted (yes!), although the process was full of unexpected twists and turns. If you have patience, you can publish in this journal. We got six reviews, which seems like a lot, especially because each reviewer gave about sixty or seventy comments. After one month of revisions, we heard that our paper was rejected…. Apparently, the estimated “rejection rate” for this journal was underestimated for the previous year (or at least that’s what the editor told us). In the end, the editor let us resubmit and we received positive reviews from the new reviewers. Accepted!
