The instructor is operating the whole process and the journal is very responsible. 2020.4.4 Minor revision was required half a month after the submission (supplementary experiment was required, but we gave reasonable explanation for it was unnecessary to do it and the limitations of experimental conditions). 2020.5.4 Replied. 2020.5.7 Accepted. The process of submitting to this journal was tortuous. I was rejected by several journals, but I was determined to rewrite it, and I finally chose this journal. In late March, there were three minor problems with the 28th technical review. I uploaded the corrected version on the same day and it was under review that afternoon. Then the status did not change for two months.  In late May I was notified that my paper required a major revision.  I conducted a new experiment and provided some explanations.  It was uploaded at the beginning of June.

Recently submitted a first-principles paper. The speed and efficiency of the submission process were actually pretty good, with the following status:
