I saw there was a special issue: Machine learning on Scientific computing, so I gave it a try. Submitted on July 22, 2023, rejected on July 26, 2023. Reason: This paper does not fit JSC, also the special issue on machine learning has been closed for submission.

Sigh, I'm sad. Let's try another journal~~~~
