Reviewed 2012-04-02 15:45:00 This journal has no technical review period. However, the journal has specific requirements and the article needs to be carefully checked. For example, you can't use Raman frequency and Raman wavenumber. The journal is very professional and the review time is three months. Two months after submitting the manuscript, I received two reviewers' opinions. One was very professional, but the other was not very professional.
