The submission was rejected within 6 days because of its direction was out of the scope. My research direction is signal integrity, and I am studying the non-contact testing of TSV.

Two papers were submitted and both got accepted. But it is too slow. The first one took almost 2 months. After minor revisions, it was sent for review again. After 1 month, it was accepted. The second one took almost 3 months. After the major revision, it was sent for review again, and got accepted 2 months later. These two were considered lucky. It was too slow for the editor to process it within one month after submission. The editor-in-chief seemed to be from India, and may not often manage this journal, and only log in and check it out occasionally. It's all depends on luck.

The journal is not bad, but the review process is extremely slow. It took 6 months for the first article, 14 months for the second one, and still required minor revisions.

The submission process for this journal is incredibly easy and there is no submission fee (everything is done online). If you’re new to the journal submission process and in this field of study, I recommend submitting to this journal.
