The paper was submitted in September 2021 and published in June 2023. I observed the articles published in each issue during this period and found that articles of the same type and category as ours, submitted at a later time, have already been published. It seems that the order of publication is not based on the submission time. I feel that articles from their own country may be given priority for publication. This is just my personal opinion, for reference
