This journal is slow and unorganized. After submitting our manuscript, it remained with the editor for over 3 weeks before we were told that the submission needed technical changes before being sent out for review. Even though we got this news, the editor never told us what needed changing… so the manuscript is still with the technical editor. What’s even more confusing is the fact that the submission system still says, “with editor.” As a result, we can’t even get to our manuscript to correct these unknown technical revisions. To make things worse, all the editor’s emails are extremely cold, unhelpful and we are just told “to wait.” Even though I have little experience with publishing, take caution with this journal, especially if you have time constraints.
