Gonna be honest here, my English is very bad (not native English speaker). I told that reviewers don’t accept papers with bad English, but the reviewers did not care. They offered good detailed suggestions. Both reviewers mentioned the requirement that I find a native English speaker to modify the language. After I did so, the article was accepted. The review period for this journal was very fast, especially with my bad English!

Submitted on May 14, 2012, the manuscript was put under review. On July 17, it was decided that major revisions were needed. Revised on July 26, the second review was completed on August 19.
