Being hired as a goalkeeper in Q2 after a major revision, the cost-effectiveness was too low. I was rejected by OE and modified by JMST. The journal is so terrible, so slow. I submitted it in March 2021, and the review process hasn't finished yet. I have no choice but to withdraw my submission. People in the future, don't ever consider submitting to this journal, seriously! It's so terrible! I rarely lose control of my emotions, but this is one of those times.

I hope the author will carefully consider before submitting their manuscript. I generally don't say that journals are bad, but this journal is really not good. The main reasons are as follows:
(1) The review process is extremely long, as seen in the progress record below.
(2) The editor is irresponsible. Despite multiple emails sent during the five months of unhandled editing, there was no response or resolution. Promised deadlines for addressing issues were not met, meaning she did not take action. This ultimately led to it taking about a month for me to apply for withdrawal, and I was not given any valid reason for the journal's long period of non-action on the paper.
