2019.7.10 The manuscript was submitted in the morning and rejected in the afternoon, because the format did not meet the requirements. 2019.7.11 I Uploaded the manuscript again at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. 2019.9.20 I saw that it displayed Awaiting Decision. 2019.9.27 The manuscript was rejected. I woke up and saw that my phone reminded of an email while I was sleeping. I knew the result came out. I didn’t dare to read it. I didn’t dare to open it until 9 o’clock in the morning while I was waiting for the high-speed rail at Qingdao railway station. Seeing the word “denied”, I thought it would be published, but later I found something wrong. How can it be negative, so negative, if it meant publication? I checked the meaning of the word and found that it meant no. This is the fifth time that the manuscript was rejected. I didn’t even understand the word “denied” and I submitted a paper to a SCI journal. That is ironic! But even so, I still want to get one published. After all, this was a stepping stone to get my PhD this year. Sure enough, the facts told me it was really difficult. Maybe I didn’t have any talent for writing papers, but I still don’t want to give up. Let me continue to revise according to the comments. Seriously, the journal reviewers gave a lot of opinions. Each of the three reviewers gave no less than 5 comments, and one even gave 7 comments. On Pub and CNKI, it was said that the review of this journal was slow and it would take more than a year. But I did not think it's slow. The decision was available in just over two months, and the review comments were to the point, my pain points. Although I failed, I still wish myself continue to cheer! ~~ Peace of mind, follow the habit, and it will happen one day! ~~

The publication cycle is two years, and it takes about two years for the submission to be reviewed. I'm not sure about the duration for a few months.
Our institution no longer recognizes SCI4, it must be at least 3rd tier or above.
In addition, the submission should be made around June 2021, revision around March 2022, acceptance and payment of $1000 by December 30, 2022, and final version by around May 23, 2023.
This journal doesn't have a high publication rate, but many inland scholars have submitted to it.

I was recommended to publish in the journal after being accepted by the ISAIC conference. The manuscript was submitted on November 15th, and a major revision reply was received on January 4th. Due to not doing much work during the Chinese New Year period, I kept delaying until March 4th to submit the revised article. Finally, I received the acceptance notice on April 11th.
