I have an article accepted by this journal; the speed was slow. However, to a certain extent, it was a personal factor. After submitting the revised manuscript according to the comments of first review, the reviewers refused to review, and I didn’t urge. That led to the delay for nearly one year during the period. The actual review speed of this journal is still relatively fast, which is about one to two months. Therefore, if it takes a long time for review, it is recommended to send an email to editor and urged him. Otherwise, you may meet the same situation as me. The editor was still very responsible. After send the email and urging, the article was soon re-sent for review. The below is the timeline for reference: 2019.4.26, submission; 2019.5.19 major revision was required in the first review; 2019.6.15, the revised manuscript was submitted; 2020.6.6, major revision was required in the second review; 2020.7.3, the revised manuscript was submitted; 2020.9.10, accepted. By the way, this journal doesn't seem to be the “all clear” principle. In the third review of my article, only two of three reviewers’ comments were returned, but it was accepted. And the editor ignored the minor revision required by the third reviewer.

The review speed of the journal was normal, and the editor responded in a timely manner. The submission fee in 2018 was $150, and it was updated to $250 in 2019. 2018.12.07 article submitted; 2018.12.21 under review; 2019.4.15 decision in process; 2019.4.19 major revision; 2019.4.28 revision submitted; 2019.5.1 under review; 2019.6.7 accept.

This journal still has certain difficulty. The review period is very long; it takes about one year for articles  to come out. The first review took about 8 months, and the second review about 4 months. There were a total of 6 reviewers before and after revision, and each reviewer has a long opinion. It feels more rigorous than some journals.
