Overall it is quite good, as long as your article matches the research direction of the journal, and is written well. It was submitted for a little more than a month and returned for a major revision. In fact, there was nothing wrong with it. Then I revised it as required and polished my English. It took less than two weeks after submission and it was accepted directly. It is recommended for those who have no requirements for the quartile to submit.
