Compared to some valueless journals in Q2 and Q3, the requirements of this journal for quality and completeness are higher. It is true that the requirement of this journal for English is high. If you don’t write seriously, it cannot meet the requirement for the English, and it can even be rejected for this reason. (I submitted IEEE before, English is satisfactory, but it is directly unqualified here.) Although the article is (submitted to journal in) Q4, the progressiveness and completeness should be highlighted. Otherwise, it will be rejected in the initial review (before being sent for review). The experts in this journal are very proficient in images and other fields. The reviewers may be very sharp, and pick out the fault from every sentence. There are usually 2 to 3 reviewers. The review comments are definitely better than some IEEE journals that say nothing but on the ground of inappropriateness. The rejection rate pf this journal is not so high. However, it is a bimonthly-published journal, and the articles accepted in a year are not so many. For those who want to graduate immediately, it is best to find an easier valueless journal in Q4.

It was sent for review after two weeks (I don’t know why mine is so slow). Two months later, major revisions were requested in the first review. It was returned and re-submitted after ten days. Forty days later, minor revisions were requested in the second review. It was revised and returned three days later. Then it was accepted accordingly. The overall process was quite formal, as well as each process (After the first review, the revised manuscript must be returned and submitted with the corresponding author’s account). Innovation is required, but the difficulty requirement of innovation is not high (But innovation needs to be reasonable and appropriate). It is mainly because the experiments and the logical completeness of the essay must be written a lot and complete to show that what you are doing is meaningful, reasonable, and competitive. It is easy to be accepted. Personally thinking, if the manuscript is not rejected in the first review, it will not be a big problem for the second review. Especially for minor revisions, it's basically means acceptance. Therefore, the first review and the primary review of this journal are relatively strict. I submitted to it twice before. One time was that the manuscript was rejected in the primary review; Another time was that the manuscript was rejected for the first review. Counting this acceptance, I had two experiences for articles being accepted.
