How long does the awaiting decision step take? Will the paper be accepted or rejected directly afterwards? I submitted my paper on October 16th, 2022, received the first review comments on December 20th, 2022, resubmitted the revised manuscript on January 11th, 2023, and it changed to "awaiting AE recommendation" on January 14th, 2023, and then became "awaiting decision" on January 24th, 2023, and remains so till now
