There were 3 reviewers, the comments of the former two reviewers were very positive. The first reviewer suggested acceptance after minor revision; the second reviewer may not understand some of the content, but reviewed carefully and asked some problems in the method part, and some revision of pictures and narratives, and suggested acceptance after major revision. The third reviewer raised negative opinions. The review comments were only written in a paragraph, and less than 200 words. In the end, the editor rejected it.

I submitted a revised manuscript (resubmission after rejection with reviewers feedback) to the ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing over two months ago. Since then, the status has remained as "With Editor."

Is this typical for this journal? How long does it usually take to move to the review stage or decision after resubmission?
