I submitted my paper around January 10, 2018, and received a major revision notice 22 days later (February 1, 2018), with a deadline of 2 months (Due date: April 7, 2018). I was busy writing my thesis in February and March, so I didn't have time to revise. In early April, I wrote an email requesting a one-month extension, and received a reply within 20 minutes, extending the deadline to May 7, 2018. I worked hard on the revision in April, and submitted the revised manuscript on the afternoon of May 3, 2018. It went under review the same day, and two days later (May 5, 2018) at around 11:00 pm, I received a decision letter notifying me that the paper had been accepted. I waited for three months for the proof notification, and just replied to the proofs a few days ago. Currently waiting for the publication

The reviewer is totally irresponsible, probably didn't even read the article and just gave three rejection reasons directly, saying there are no results, no dosage for anti-tuberculosis treatment, when in fact they are all there. It just proves that they didn't actually read it
