In fact, the article is somewhat innovative, but unfortunately there is not enough funding support to continue the in-depth research. I could only do a preliminary experiment and report it in advance. Submitted on July 9th, five days later it showed under review, and the result was returned on August 7th, with major revisions and a 30-day deadline. Although it was a major revision, the comments were not too many, so I submitted the revised manuscript on August 23rd. Four days later it showed under review again, and a reminder was issued on September 22nd. The editor requested a minor experiment. Revised on September 26th, and accepted on October 27th. The journal's indicated time for the first review was 12 days, mine was within a month, which was acceptable, but it dragged a bit afterward. If you're impatient, you can urge them for review, and the editor generally replies on the same day. When I submitted in July, my manuscript number was 233. Calculating this, the journal should receive around three to four hundred submissions a year, and with an average of 60 published papers, the acceptance rate is probably around 20-30%, making it difficult to publish in this journal.
