The second review returned quickly, and we revised and submitted it again, and finally it was accepted. It took seven months in total.

The manuscript was submitted in May 2019. The comments of first review returned in August, and major revision was required. There were four review experts. I submitted the revision 1 in September, and the comments of second review returned in October. The revision 2 was resubmitted on October 17, and it was accepted. It took 5 months from submission to acceptance. It was very fast, and the comments gave by the review experts were very helpful to my research.

It lasted more than 450 days for the previous article from submission to final acceptance, and I urged many times during the period. It has been more than 430 days for this one, and it was still under the third review. The editor did not have the decisive power of his own. It was obviously a very simple issue for minor revision, but it was still sent for review. The first review lasted several months and there was no reply. The editor was impatient to write back after being urged. It is recommended to submit articles carefully.

The submission was made on April 21st, but it wasn't under review until May 7th. So far, three reviewers have been invited, but none of them have accepted. The responses from the editor to our inquiries have also been quite cold. This is just too slow.
