Experience sharing: Submitted on December 18th, received first review comments on January 3rd, it was Minor Revision (03-Jan-2012). After revising it on the same day, it was accepted on January 12th. It felt very fast and efficient. The only problem is that it is very troublesome to mail the pathology HE slides after acceptance. The courier won't deliver it, and they even said I need to get some kind of inspection and quarantine certificate from Beijing. The journal said if the pathology slides are not sent, the paper won't be published. It's frustrating, and the postage alone is 300 yuan, plus the possibility of being intercepted and returned by customs. It's a hassle, so be cautious, everyone. However, what I submitted was a single case study, not a thesis, and I haven't received the proofs yet
