The questions raised were quite professional, and we wrote 10 pages of response to the comments. Due to graduation in the middle, the speed of revision was delayed. Major revision submitted: 2020-07-14; Second review completed and it was accepted: 2020-11-27. Overall, it was slow, and it took nearly two months to be sent for review. It took about 14 months from submission to acceptance. It was probably because it is a bimonthly journal, and the editorial office’s response was slow.

The maximum time for review in the system is only 12 months, but my first review took 15 months. There were three reviewers and over twenty comments. The comments were difficult to modify. Due to various reasons such as holidays and graduation, it took three months to make the revisions and return. It then took another three months to receive the second review. At this time, two of the reviewers had no further comments, but the third reviewer raised several different issues from before. The editor requested major revisions and after two months of modifications, it was returned. It took an additional four months to receive the acceptance notice.
