After about two weeks of revision, it was resubmitted; 2020.9, accepted. It has been one month and a half after the major revision, and the reviewers had no problems any more. The editor raised a few subtle issues to revise, and the final manuscript was submitted after the revision in three days; 2020.9, I am looking forward for it to be published. It used to take about 20 days from acceptance to publication. Summary: If it goes well, it will be published in the journal in 3 to 4 months. The journal does not have high requirements for academic innovation. Taking theoretical deduction and experimental design seriously, and be prepared to deal with 3 to 4 reviewers, it will be no big problems.

I no longer love this journal. The editor-in-chief gave the result quickly in the first review, and required me to supplement the experiment. Two months after the submission of the revised manuscript, the result was given. I felt that the reviewers invited were not professional, and the comments raised were all irrelevant. They didn’t know enough about the research in this field. I do research on electromagnetic algorithms. I felt that the invited reviewers were more likely major in objects. It may be the reason for the choice of this journal. It is not recommended to submit articles on electromagnetic computing. What’s more, articles submitted to this journal should have support of experiment results, and the requirements for innovations may not be so high.
