The directions related to my research are as follows: 1. Structural mechanics; 2. Behaviour and application of advanced materials; 3. Strain localization and other effects of nonlinearity. Although it is far inferior to JMPS and IJSS in the field of solid mechanics, and some articles have obvious flaws, it is actually a good journal. The IF has risen, and the editor-in-chief has become more and more strict. I hope that the journal will become better and better.

I think normal revisions are sufficient. The editor also said to resubmit with a completely new manuscript, so I did not indicate in my cover letter that it was a completely new submission. The manuscript does not need to be marked, and there is no response letter. I believe the editor's decision to do this indicates acceptance of the article, but it was resubmitted in order to shorten the average submission cycle of the journal.
