It was reviewed after the submission in October 2018. After that, it has been revised and submitted 4 times. There were 4 reviewers, and one of them had an extreme opinion. I had no choice but to withdraw the manuscript on August 30 2019. Since the editors-in-chief were changed, the editors-in-chief A. Chan and Prof. Ravindra S. Goonetilleke were both super inefficient. So, it wasted a year on review back and forth. I will never submit to the journal again.
