Coincidentally, he had an article at hand, so he made some modifications and submitted it. The magazine responded quite quickly as the next day, the article on their official website changed from "editorial solicitation" to "peer review." Ten days later, we received a rejection letter stating that the magazine had received many submissions and our overall article quality was not high. Hmm... This magazine was on the warning list in January 2020 but came off the list in December. This may be a result of their strict and high requirements.
